PERSONALIZED MEDITATION SESSIONS - 45'
1. Initial Consultation (10 minutes): Each personalised meditation session includes a 10 minute initial consultation. During this time, we will discuss your current state of mind, any specific challenges you are facing, and your intentions for the session. This allows me to tailor the meditation to your immediate needs and ensure that you receive the most benefit from our time together.
2. Guided Meditation (30/ 45/ 60 minutes): I will lead you through a practice that focuses on connecting with your inner energy, by grounding your presence in space and raising your awareness to the energy around you and within you. Through visualization and sensation perception, you will be able to activate your connection to energy fields and experience an increasing expansion of your state of consciousness, achieving a balanced state of mind and body which can be the stepping stone into aligning yourself to purpose, mission, vision, clarity, healing, and being.
The guided 45’ and 60’ meditation sessions may also include other supportive practices to enhance your experience, such as:
Somatic Dance Therapy: Movement-based practices that help you connect with your body and release stored energy, promoting a deeper sense of embodiment and emotional release.
Breathwork Techniques: Specific breathing exercises to deepen relaxation, enhance focus, and facilitate a more profound meditative state.
3. Closing Session (15 minutes): At the end of the meditation, we will have a 15-minute closing session. This is a time for you to share your experience, reflect on the session, and discuss any challenges or points of interest that arose during the meditation. We will explore these insights together and identify areas to focus on in future sessions, ensuring a continuous and evolving practice tailored to your needs.
